How to put on socks in 2 simple steps

Step 1: Bunch-up your sock into a donut-like shape. It’s easiest if you keep both thumbs inside the sock. When you do this, the end result should be both thumbs touching the toe of the sock. Don’t be afraid to stretch the sock a tiny bit during this process.

Step 2: While holding the sock in the donut shape, insert your foot, toes-first so that your toes are in direct contact with the toe portion of the sock. Finally, unroll the sock back over your foot.

Super Critical Sock Safety Info

  • DO NOT attempt to put both socks on at once. This is a “one at a time” process.
  • Experts may try this standing up, but if this is your first time please stay seated during the procedure.
  • Non-slip socks for hardwood: if you’re at risk for a slip-and-fall accident on hardwood, consider using socks with grips on the bottom to prevent slipping.

Sock Maintenance Tips

  • Washing: Wash your socks after each use to prevent odors or infections on your feet.
  • Storage: Store socks flat or rolled to maintain shape. Avoid hanging socks by the toe or cuff since it can stretch them out.
